About me
I am a design lead with over eight years of experience across various sectors, wearing many different hats. Most recently, I worked as a service designer at Designit Stockholm. My background is in architecture and urban design, where I served as a project manager and designer for projects ranging from single family homes and gardens to city-scale masterplans. My strength lies in creative problem-solving and masterplanning, making sense of complexity. I act as the binding agent that consolidates a team's work. Leaving the architecture field I trained at Hyper Island school of technology and design in the design lead program, but my love for building things didn’t go away, leading me to establish my own design agency: playgroundpeople. This entrepreneurial pursuit endured for two enriching years, during which I balanced teaching commitments and part-time collaborations assisting local companies in enhancing their business strategy and brand positioning in the creative field.
In design, I enjoy working with product and services, human-centered design, innovative customer journeys, and most of all, conducting deep qualitative research and designing sustainable change. With experience as a consultant for both the private and public sectors, I am familiar with collaborating in a diversity of organisational environments. Additionally, over the past seven years, I have taught and mentored master's students and nurtured a love for teaching and learning.
